I provide psychological therapy either face-to-face or remotely via video call or telephone. Psychological therapy is often associated with alleviating psychological distress and associated symptoms, but I believe that most importantly, it can help you lead a more fulfilling and happy life. You will learn to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, but also to explore your heart’s desires, the things that are important and meaningful to you in your life, and to take active steps towards them.
